DR. Risen Yan Piter, S.H., M.kN is one of the founders of RnD Partnership. He graduated from University of Indonesian in 3.5 years and got his Master degree also from University of Indonesia. He obtained his Phd from Pelita Harapan University with Cum Laude.

He is now in his twentieth year of practicing law. Before he established RnD Partnership he was a lawyer at Hadiputranto, Hadinoto and Partners (Baker & McKenzie). He has been heavily involved in many major merger and acquisition transactions and has been assisting many foreign and domestic clients in their legal matters and/or transactions in Indonesia, including, general corporate commercial matters, investment law, land and property law, marriage and inheriteance law, litigation cases, etc. Further, he is now an active lecturer at the Financial Advisor Trainings on Marriage and Inheritance Law and also has been key note speaker in various other seminars. Mr. Risen has written four books in family and inheritance laws in Indonesia.

Mr. Risen is registered at PERADI (Indonesian Advocates Association) and Capital Market Supervisor Body.
